I have a German Shepherd, and these breeds are much more prone to having sensitive stomachs compared to most other breeds (which I learned relatively quickly after rescuing this fella)!
I have always been somewhat of a healthy eater myself, and so it felt only natural to look at the ingredient list on the foods I was feeding my dog. I experimented with a few different brands that claimed to be “human-grade” and “limited-ingredient” dog food, but when I looked at the ingredients on the label of Bocce’s Bakery treats, I was truly impressed!
I now only feed my dog treats made by Bocce’s Bakery. They are affordable, healthy, and my dog has not had diarrhea once since switching his treats to this brand!
He loves the taste of these treats so much that when the vet offers him their “artificial bacon” treats he spits them out! I seriously think his taste buds can sense the artificial ingredients because now, he only eats Bocce’s Bakery or treats I bake for him myself! I love supporting small businesses, so this is a win-win.
