LiquidIV is a hydration multiplier that claims to provide optimal hydration with less liquid intake. It comes in a variety of flavors and contains essential minerals, vitamins, and electrolytes. According to the manufacturer, one packet of LiquidIV can provide the same hydration as drinking two to three bottles of water.
